Two kinds of connection
Lead CRM brings ads into the brain: Meta extension and Google Ads lead forms, plus LinkedIn forms through the lead manager. Message CRM keeps Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp Business in the same inbox as voice and SMS.
WhatsApp is included in the plan at $10 on Lite, $50 on Growth, and $100 on Business. Extra usage is Auto-Recharge, not a second vendor.

Website forms: one paste
Skip field mapping. Paste one Avaga snippet site-wide. Avaga AI reads submissions and opens lead activity in the workspace. Developers do not map each form.
<script src="https://cdn.avaga.io/forms.js" data-workspace="YOUR_KEY"> </script>
- 01Copy the snippet from the workspace with your key.
- 02Paste it on every form page or in the site-wide footer.
- 03Submit a test lead. Confirm it appears on the floor.
- 04Only then spend on ads.
04.3
CRM, API, and webhooks
CRM integrations, API access, webhooks, messaging API, and data export are on every plan. Custom reports are on Business. Custom integrations are an Enterprise sales conversation.
Map six fields once: source, seats, region, stage, next step, sentiment. If those are empty after a call, fix Studio before you buy another dashboard.

Go-live order
- 01Connect WhatsApp and the shared inbox first if customers already message you there.
- 02Turn on the forms snippet and prove a test lead.
- 03Connect Meta or Google Ads only after an AI employee or human can answer in minutes.
- 04Add API or webhooks when a system of record must be written, not before.
- 05If you need SAML or a custom connector, stop and talk to sales.
