Lite is $99 a month. Growth is $299. Business is $599. Growth is the plan most teams pick. Yearly billing saves 10% on the workspace fee only. Usage rates do not change.

Lite includes 1 owner and 1 agent seat, and 1 team. Growth includes 5 agent seats and up to 25 teams. Business includes 10 agent seats and unlimited teams. Extra human agents are $15 a month.

Every plan includes unlimited US and Canada calling for ordinary business use, unlimited internal calls, the first local or toll-free number, Avaga Workforce, AI Assist Pro, WhatsApp at the included value, recordings, IVR, queues, SMS/MMS, CRM integrations, API access, and webhooks.

Included stack values: Lite Workforce $99, Assist Pro $29, WhatsApp $10. Growth $499 / $79 / $50. Business $1,999 / $249 / $100. Extra AI personalities are $15 a month. Extra numbers are $1 a month.

When an included pool is used, Usage-based Auto-Recharge refills minutes, SMS, recordings, and other metered usage at the same published rates. It does not raise the plan price and it does not change the $15 seat or $1 DID lines.

Unlimited US and Canada calling means ordinary business use. The first number gets $2 included toward number charges. International calling is quoted by sales. MMS is only available for US, Canadian, and Australian numbers.

Advanced live monitoring, whisper, barge, queue callback, smart routing, Power Dialer, voicemail drop, custom reports, premium onboarding, and prioritized support sit on Business. Phone support starts on Growth. Help center and email support are on every plan.
