Data export

Export recordings, transcripts, inbox threads, and CRM notes. An extra on every plan. Custom reports on Business.

What export is

extra

Data export is an extra on Lite, Growth, and Business. It is how you take recordings, transcripts, inbox threads, and CRM notes out of the workspace. Custom reports are on Business. Neither is a second CRM. Export, then keep your system of record as the system of record.

Who can export is a role. Owners, admins, and agents should not share one login. Not every seat should pull the archive.

What you can take with you

objects
ArtifactWhy it is in the job
Call historyDIDs, queues, dispositions, who handled the leg.
RecordingsArchive audio with pause/resume already applied.
TranscriptsCall and voicemail text. Summaries if Assist Pro ran.
Inbox threadsSMS, MMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram on the contact.
LeadsAds and forms.js submissions.
CRM notesThe six fields plus summaries and follow-up drafts.
AnalyticsFloor, SLA, and agent activity used in morning reports.

Request and webhook

export.ready

Start an export in the workspace. When the file is ready, Avaga can post export.ready to your webhook. Download on a server. Do not email a ZIP of recordings to a shared inbox.

export.ready

{
  "id": "evt_YOUR_ID",
  "type": "export.ready",
  "export_id": "ex_YOUR_ID",
  "format": "zip",
  "includes": ["recordings", "transcripts", "inbox"]
}

Retention and close-out

privacy

Product retention follows what you configure and any signed order. Export first if you plan to close a workspace. Ask support what is deleted, what billed archives remain, and which invoices we must keep. A DPA conversation lives on DPA / GDPR.

PHI does not belong in an unmanaged export. If you need a BAA, stop self-serve and open Compliance.

Custom reports

business

Custom reports are on Business. Use them when the morning analytics mail is not enough and you still do not need an Enterprise connector. If you need a warehouse pipe the public API cannot cover, that is Custom integrations.
