Terms of Use
Plans, usage, Avaga credits, and the rules for using Avaga Workspace. Screenshots are a guide, not a contract.
Last updated 26 September 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern avaga.io, app.avaga.io, and Avaga Workspace. By creating a workspace, paying a plan, or using a number or AI employee on Avaga, you agree to them.
If a signed order form, BAA, DPA, or Enterprise paper says otherwise, that paper wins for the topic it covers. Screenshots, comparison tables, and demo floors are a guide, not a contract. Avaga does not guarantee that every feature shown on the site will be available in every region or on every plan at all times.
2. Who may use Avaga
You must be able to form a contract for your company. You must keep owner and admin logins under people who work for you. Do not share one owner login across a floor.
If you resell or refer Avaga, the Partner program terms on those pages apply as well. Channel, technology, and affiliate tracks are not a self-serve discount on Lite checkout.
3. The workspace you buy
Avaga Workspace is one floor: numbers, the shared inbox, recordings, Assist Pro, and AI employees (receptionist, sales, support, booking, lead manager). You can run it manually, automated, or both. Humans stay in control of the same brain.
Lite, Growth, and Business are published plans. Enterprise billing, SSO/SAML, custom SLA, security review, BAA, custom integrations, dedicated onboarding, and committed usage are quoted by sales. Do not self-serve those needs.
4. Plans, seats, and numbers
Published monthly prices: Lite $99, Growth $299, Business $599. Yearly billing is 10 percent off the monthly price, billed as twelve months. Plan fees cover the workspace, included usage, and the AI employees on your floor as listed on Pricing.
Each published plan includes seats and one number as listed, Avaga Workforce, Assist Pro, and WhatsApp at the included value for that plan. Extra seats, extra numbers, extra AI employees, and usage after included pools are billed on top.
5. Calling, messages, and Auto-Recharge
US and Canada inbound and outbound calling is unlimited for ordinary business use, subject to these Terms and Acceptable Use. Internal calls are unlimited. Additional international calling bundles are available. MMS is only available for US, Canadian, and Australian numbers.
On Pay as you go, and after included pools, you purchase Avaga credits. Usage-based Auto-Recharge buys those credits at the same published rates. We keep Avaga simple and honest: what we pay carriers is what you pay. If a capability matters to your team, confirm it with us before you buy.
6. Avaga credits
Avaga is business software for calling, messaging, and Avaga AI. You buy an Avaga plan. On Pay as you go, and when included usage runs out, you purchase Avaga credits. Each payment is a purchase of prepaid usage of Avaga's own product.
The balance on Billing is the unused portion of that purchase for that workspace. It is consumed only when the same account uses Avaga: calls, messages, phone numbers, and Avaga AI. Checkout is labeled "Avaga credits purchase."
These credits stay inside that Avaga account. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another person, sent to a bank account, or used to pay anyone outside Avaga. Avaga does not issue a payment instrument, hold funds for payout, or let you store value to spend elsewhere.
Avaga credits are a closed prepaid product purchase for Avaga software only. They cannot be resold, converted into cash, or used for goods or services outside Avaga. They are not a wallet. A wallet is a prepaid payment instrument that stores value for buying goods or services and for funds transfer.
7. AI employees and Assist Pro
AI employees sit on the same line as your team. You hire the personality, train it on your business, and test barge-in before you promote. Assist Pro can whisper the next line, a transcript, sentiment, and CRM fields. Useful whispers are short. Dangerous ones are legal, medical, or made up.
You are responsible for the scripts, knowledge, and promotions you put live. Avaga is not your lawyer, clinician, or broker. See the LLM Policy.
8. Your data and your callers
You own the customer records you put on the floor. You must have a lawful basis to record, transcribe, message, and store them. You must play the disclosure the caller should hear in the states and channels you actually use.
You must use roles so not every seat can export data or play every recording. Turn 2FA on for owners and admins before you provision numbers. A stolen owner login is a stolen DID.
9. Integrations and APIs
CRM integrations, API access, webhooks, messaging API, and developer support access are included on Lite, Growth, and Business. Data export is in extras on every plan. Custom reports are on Business. Custom connectors are an Enterprise sales conversation if the public API is not enough.
You must keep workspace keys, forms.js snippets, and API credentials secret. You must not probe, scrape, or overload the API. You must honor Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platform terms when you connect them.
10. Billing and taxes
You authorize Avaga to charge the payment method on file for plan fees, extras, numbers, usage, Avaga credits, and Auto-Recharge. An Avaga credits charge is a purchase of prepaid usage of Avaga, as described in Avaga credits. Failed Auto-Recharge can interrupt outbound usage. Keep a valid card on the owner account.
Fees are listed in US dollars unless an order says otherwise. Taxes may apply. Enterprise invoices follow the quote.
11. Suspension and closure
We may suspend a workspace for non-payment, Acceptable Use violations, suspected fraud, or risk to the floor or the carrier network. We will try to email the owner when we can do so without making the incident worse.
You may close a workspace through product or by asking support. Numbers may not be portable on the timeline you want. Export first. Recordings and threads follow retention in Privacy and in product.
12. Intellectual property
Avaga owns the product, the site, the marks, and the demo floors. You own your scripts, knowledge, and customer records. You grant Avaga a license to host and process that material only to provide the workspace.
You may not copy the product, scrape the site for a competing model, or present a demo floor as a case study we did not publish.
13. Warranty and liability
The service is provided as available. Carriers drop calls. Models guess. We do not warrant uninterrupted calling, perfect transcription, or that an AI employee will never need a human.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Avaga is not liable for lost profits, lost recordings you could have exported, or indirect damages. For paid workspaces, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the workspace in the three months before the claim, unless a signed Enterprise paper sets a different cap. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit is the minimum the law requires.
14. Law, order of papers, and contact
A signed order, BAA, or DPA controls if it conflicts with these Terms on the same topic. Acceptable Use, Privacy, Cookies, LLM Policy, and the plan pages are part of this agreement.
Governing law for a paid workspace is set in the order or by the courts that can hear a dispute against Avaga. We do not publish a fake state of incorporation on this page. Questions: hello@avaga.io, +1 415 723 8585.
