Unlimited US and Canada calling: the honest definition
Every Avaga plan includes unlimited inbound and outbound US and Canada calling for ordinary business use. Here is what that covers, and what still uses the wallet.

Avaga plans include unlimited US and Canada inbound and outbound calling, unlimited internal calls, and the first phone number. That is the monthly fee talking, not a surprise carrier bill. The asterisk is real, and it is narrower than most 'unlimited' banners.
Ordinary business use
Unlimited US and Canada calling means ordinary business use on the included line. It is the daily inbound queue, the outbound follow-up, and the internal hop between seats. It is not a license to run a traffic-pumping campaign or to treat the workspace like a wholesale route.
- First local or toll-free number is included. Extra DIDs are $1 a month.
- The first number gets $2 included toward number charges. Usage above that is Avaga number pricing.
- International calling is quoted by sales. Do not assume US and Canada rates apply.
What still draws from the wallet
Extra minutes, SMS, recordings, and other usage after each plan's included pool draw from your wallet at published rates. Usage-based Auto-Recharge refills that pool at the same price. Softphone on web, mobile, and desktop, call history, caller ID, forwarding, and voicemail stay in the plan.
Lite starts at $99 a month with one owner and one agent seat. Growth is $299 with five agent seats. Business is $599 with ten. Extra employees are $15 a month each.
If a calling pattern matters to your team (high outbound, many extra DIDs, or international), confirm it before you buy. The comparison tables are a guide. They are not a contract for every region on every day.
