What live coaching should whisper, and what it should never say

Assist Pro sits on the live line: next line, transcript, sentiment, CRM fields, follow-up. The useful whispers are short. The dangerous ones are legal, medical, or made up.

Avaga's workspace brain is built to sit with the human during the call. It can whisper the next line, keep a searchable transcript, score the room, fill CRM fields, and draft the follow-up before the handset is down. That only helps if the whisper is true, short, and allowed.

Whisper this

  • The open ticket ID and the last promise on file.
  • The product they actually bought, not the one on the homepage.
  • A reminder to pause recording before a card number.
  • Sentiment turning down, so the agent slows down.
  • A booking slot that is actually free.

Never whisper this

  • A diagnosis, a legal conclusion, or a guaranteed outcome.
  • A price that is not in the price list.
  • A fabricated policy to end the call faster.
  • The caller's guessed income, health, or immigration status.

Train the coaching desk the same way you train an AI employee. If the whisper cannot be sourced from the CRM, the knowledge article, or the live transcript, it should stay quiet. Assist Pro is included on Avaga plans. The inclusion does not make every suggestion safe. Your policy does.

Live monitoring, whisper, and barge still belong to people. Use them when the AI suggestion is about to go wrong, not only when a KPI is red.

Review ten whispers a week. Keep the ones that shortened handle time without a callback. Delete the ones that invented a fact. That review is cheaper than a public correction.
